Anycubic Store offers a 14-day return period for 3D printers and accessories, ensuring you have the support needed for a seamless creative experience. Products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

  Verification & Approval

  Our technical team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original box, ensuring all tools, cables, and resin or filament samples are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
